Regardless of the aforementioned "stolen" property murder is murder! In the situation where the stolen property existed in tangible the perpetraitor would still be equally as guilty. Forgive me that I'm not an expert in Chinese law, but I would assume that they do not justify murder in the case of theft. As a soon to be lawyer, hopefully in the field of Intellectual Property I pray that this type of behavior does not become a commonplace in today's technologically advanced society. I'm not a gamer by any means of the word and I hope I don't offend any one by saying this but maybe they should invest in a different type of hobby or get a reality check.
