Got that right...

The whole thing has boiled down to "deniability" for Funcom at this point. You don't argue with your customers, you don't tell them they're wrong. Why? BECAUSE THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT!

But this seems to be an ego thing for Cz (and the rest of the FC staff), and they are always right, because they see the whole picture... Heh...what a laugh... Their inabillity to empatize with their customers is making this into a farse. It's time Funcom realized that they are never right or wrong, they are accountable, and they are accountable to their stockholders, their board of directors and ultimatly THE CUSTOMERS. Why? We're paying your salaries!!

Gawd...the arrogance of these people are really starting to get to me...
