Well Cosmik, the job of a community guy now is not to interact with the players or moderate the forums. God forbid that some one would consider that side of the industry be usefull to anyone. Interact with the player "omg" that would be beyond reckoning. A community persons job these days is ..

# Help to present the game at consumer shows.
# Interacting with the gaming press in a public relations capacity.

And remember that one usually needs a BA or MA in communications/journalism. So where does interacting with players come into the grand scale of things?

It occured to me that this thread should be archived and pointed out to anyone who insists there's no harm in doing drugs... (Yes, you too can embarass and humiliate yourself not just in front of a total stranger, but all your friends, and the world!)

Note that the guy's guildie says that he was a really well-played paladin - when he wasn't high.

So the guy quit WoW (or at least that particular character); I wonder if he quit drugs? Somehow, I doubt it, but one can hope. He'll probably blame everyone else for his misfortune, though.

"some resemblance of peace restored"

Did you mean semblance?

I'm hoping to acquire this list (with a handful of of all your added suggestions by folks) into our school newsletter.

Wow! I truly loved this blog. It might be great to see ways involved a nice parent could certainly be found in their very own child's lives. Most parents, today, are so concerned with themselves that they don't even ask their own children the simplest way school was, nevermind such intrinsic questions as you did above.
