There's nothing amazing that the lack of CS in EQ.

EQ is currently swirling around the bowl of multibox or quit. Melee and healing are just too simple and everyone and I mean everyone on the high end of the scale in EQ boxes and content is now being designed around boxing. Ever wonder why Shaman in EQ have so many issues? Well they can slow and heal and are a natural for boxing. Thus, they get huge healing spells that snare and slow their target?!?!

EQ where for $25.40 a month, plus broadband and a second computer you can play a balanced character.

The knowledgebase was populated with data from the EQ2 knowledgebase for testing purposes. No code, just strings.

Anyone else notice that the lowest population server in EverQuest costs $40 a month to play on?

If low populations were such a bad thing then why would "Stormhammer" still be up and running? Wouldn't the low population have killed StormPampers by now? Guess not.

When servers are leased and it's time to renew the leases and you can cut your lease in half... You're going to. This server meger thing isn't about a better EverQuest. It's really about laying the people who take care of the severs off the reducing the lease payments.

Hell, EverQuest is at its worst when the servers are over crowded isn't it?

Speaking of low populations, EQII is hurting and hurting in ways most of the world would never have thought possible. Reports from EQII burnouts returning to EQ indicate EQII is about as much fun as watching grass grow in January in Alaska.
